Planting & Care
1. Planting: Start by selecting an area with full to partial sun (4 to 8 hours of sunlight) and well-drained soil.
When you’re ready to plant your shrub, dig a hole that’s large enough to accommodate your shrub’s root ball, place your shrub and backfill the surrounding soil. We recommend mulching around the area to conserve moisture, and watering to settle the roots and finish the planting process.
2. Watering: Ensure your water your Globosa regularly, about once or twice weekly, or more in drought conditions. If you’re not sure when to water, simply check the surrounding soil about 2 to 3 inches down. If the soil is dry here, it’s time to water your tree.
3. Fertilizing: If you notice slow growth, fertilize your Globosa Nana in the spring with a well-balanced blend and follow label instructions.
