Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your gardening needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for faster delivery of our flowering trees, fruit bushes, and ornamental plants
  • Free Shipping – Shipped via EMS (for orders $50+)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Ideal for larger orders of evergreen shrubs, privacy trees, and multiple plant purchases

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather conditions that affect plant transport.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions). International customers should note:

  • All plants include required phytosanitary certificates
  • Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may extend beyond our estimates due to customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

While we strive for your complete satisfaction with our flowering trees, fruit bushes, and evergreen plants, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our garden-friendly return policy ensures fairness for both our customers and our living products.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our living products and comply with agricultural regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Custom or special order items (including rare citrus tree varieties)
  • Plants showing signs of improper care after delivery

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions for live plant returns
  • Any special packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For approved returns:

  • Repackage plants securely in their original containers when possible
  • Include all original tags and documentation
  • Ship to our nursery address within 5 days of authorization

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Free Shipping Orders: $12.95 will be deducted from your refund (equivalent to our standard shipping cost)

Exchange Process

  • For exchanges of equal value: We’ll ship your new plants once we receive the return with no additional shipping charges
  • For upgrades: You’ll be invoiced for the price difference

Plant Health Guarantee

If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first 30 days, please contact us immediately with photos. We may offer replacements without requiring return of the original plant, depending on the circumstances.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Returns must include all original phytosanitary certificates
  • Please allow additional processing time for international inspections
